8. Event Submissions and Content Guidelines8. تقديم الفعاليات وإرشادات المحتوى

• We accept music and entertainment events for listing on Explore Jordan, provided they are lawful, publicly appropriate, and relevant to audiences in Jordan.نقبل إضافة الفعاليات الموسيقية والترفيهية على منصة أكتشف الأردن، بشرط أن تكون قانونية، ومناسبة للنشر العام، وذات صلة بالجمهور في الأردن.
• Song, audio track, or music recording submissions are not accepted. Explore Jordan lists events only and does not publish, host, promote, or distribute songs or standalone music content.لا نقبل تقديم الأغاني أو المقاطع الصوتية أو التسجيلات الموسيقية. تقتصر أكتشف الأردن على إدراج الفعاليات فقط، ولا تنشر أو تستضيف أو تروّج أو توزع الأغاني أو المحتوى الموسيقي المستقل.
• Explore Jordan reserves the right to review, reject, edit, or remove any submitted event at its sole discretion, including events with incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or unverifiable information.تحتفظ أكتشف الأردن بالحق في مراجعة أو رفض أو تعديل أو إزالة أي فعالية مقدمة وفق تقديرها الخاص، بما في ذلك الفعاليات التي تحتوي على معلومات ناقصة أو مضللة أو غير مناسبة أو غير قابلة للتحقق.
• Submitting an event does not guarantee publication.تقديم الفعالية لا يضمن نشرها على المنصة.

9. Third-Party Services9. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة

Our app may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.قد يتضمن تطبيقنا روابط إلى مواقع أو خدمات تابعة لأطراف ثالثة. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو ممارساتها.

10. Limitation of Liability10. حدود المسؤولية

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app.لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.

• All content in the app, including text, graphics, logos, software, and the names "Explore Jordan" and "أكتشف الأردن", is owned by or licensed to us.جميع محتويات التطبيق، بما في ذلك النصوص والرسومات والشعارات والبرمجيات واسمَي "Explore Jordan" و"أكتشف الأردن"، مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا.
